Ginger Trivandrum

Despite requesting and having it confirmed in my booking, the complimentary check-in was not honoured. No shower cap was provided even after multiple follow-ups. The shower itself wasn’t working, and the bathroom drainage was completely clogged, flooding the area during use. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Ginger — a first of its kind for me.

Hearing nock sound from AC in full night, and leaking water also. tea coffee bags are held in the cup.. can't see the tray for it. The reception team is taking more time to check in. i had to wait around 20 minutes for room.

As always Ginger is the best hotel to stay on a long journey. I wish they would develop more properties from all highway networks across India.

It was a good experience. Rooms were clean. Staff were good. Service was little slow, but overall it was good.

Great experience always. The cleanest rooms and washrooms will never let you regret the booking. The breakfast is great

Multiple complaints were raised and it has not been resolved. Complaints related to large noise and issues created by boys by opening and drinking and dancing has been lightly taken by reception. Even after multiple issues. It is not places for stay

Don’t go to hotel, terrible hotel lot of noise and tried to inform reception but no changes. Don’t book

1. Location was as per my requirement. In general location is good 2. There was a small wait before I got my room, statement from the desk was that they are checking up. But the wait was brief. 3. I checked in with my wife, but there was only one bathroom towel in the room. I called up and then an additional towel was provided to me. 4. The bathroom latch was in poor condition ( room number 308), not expected for the ginger brand/ the charges paid 5. There was good amount of seepage on the wall with the paint peeling away and with a bad look ( room 308), once again not expected of brand ginger. 6. Construction activities seemed in progress in the corridor of floor 3. 7. The outside environs ( front side) of the hotel looked pretty

There was a water leak from light and no air condition not working. Informed floor manager. No action taken. Looking for refund for one day room rent

Small Rooms, no engagement facilities and limited food options. We had included Dinner also in our package but the staff informed that buffet was unavailable and we could order upto ₹450 of food.

My stay at the property was comfortable and pleasant. The location was very convenient and easy to find, with nearby transport and attractions. The room was neat, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I didn’t try the food during my stay, but overall, the experience was great and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Totally unwelcoming Reception Staff. Facilities were just ok. Breakfast was decent

At midnight around 14 to 20 cockroaches came out of the washbasin waste pipe and was filled in the room in was unable to sleep the initial day. The next day morning i complained about and they refused to here me without any further bargaining i left the property and took another hotel nearby. A scary night. The look from outside is great.

Good Loation for technopark meetings. Easy access fro airport and no distrubancec, calm stay.........

My stay was fabulous. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The food was delicious. The staff are so sweet.

Room is so small. Not that good ac in room bathrooms where not looking good. Even bills where delay due to software issue and also the rate for a room is high compare to where I have stayed before not at all satisfied such a terrible place to stay

Horrible experience. Booked it for the Ginger brand name but they just took over a random old hotel and renovated only one floor of it! They had given me the second floor.

I booked luxe queen room, but still the room was too small, it has a strong odour as well had to ask them to change it, and in the other one, AC’s water was falling down on the sofa
