Oyster Marris- Homestay Near Parashurama temple

I am international sailor/ traveller but this was first in Kerala.Vasudevam suites is one of the finest in Thiruvananthapuram.Its ambience and cleanliness are top notch.It is best suited for both solo travellers as well as families.This is located at very calm and quiet place for to enjoy the stay in peace.The central railway station is 15mins drive and if you are on spiritual trip then this should be your go to place.Finally regarding the owner of the property Dr.Rajan,he is polite and thorough gentleman and finest host you can ever meet.He was cordial,friendly,compassionate and cooperative .He helped me out through out the stay with the food and travel arrangements.This stay will always remain among the top 3 best of my list.

Very clean and nice rooms, bathrooms. And delicious homely cooked authentic food with lot of varieties. I definitely recommend this property and next time coming that side will definitely stay again here.

Super food and room facilities

I booked this homestay for one day. But we stayed there three days. Beautiful home and superb clean and spotless. In and around house we can see full of greenery. Host aswathy is an excellent chef. She is blessed with god's grace. We tried malabar fish curry, kerala sadhya, kozhi nirachath (awsome. Al dishes are superb. They arranged local taxi and auto for local sight seeing. It is near to parasurama temple. We done bali tharppanam in parasurama temple. Host arranged everything for us in temple. Host mr senthil accompanied with us in temple and spend more than 2 hrs for us to do the rituals. Those who like calm and quite atmosphere this place is the best option in trivandrum. You can stay along with homely food. Toilets, pillows are spotless and super clean. Breakfast, lunch, dinner etc are made with coconut oil. Host are very much know about the local places. Their services are superb. All amnesties are maintained neatly. Highly recommended for family, solo women's etc.

My experience was so good. We stayed in for one day. But everything about the place was so good starting from the cleanliness, space, property manager's behavior. The food was very tasty. It was purely home made including using the vegetables from their own garden. The owner was very polite and helped us very well with everything that we needed. He was very informative and made sure all arrangements were top notch. I would really recommend this place to anyone who is in and around.

My family of three stayed at oyster marries homestay for two days in april second week 2022 with our little puppy. The top floor was entirely given to our family which houses two ac bedrooms, living and dinning area. The homestay is beautifully arranged with many plants in and around the house. The homestay has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay including refrigerator, washing machine and wifi. The rooms and the space were squeaky clean. The road to the homestay has up hills and downhills and should be taken care of. The highlight of the stay has to be the extremely welcoming hosts aswathy and senthil and their mouth watering traditional veg and non veg kerala food. They family stays at the ground floor and ensures that everything is taken care of and at any time of the day. They were very accommodating even when we requested for a last minute food arrangement and also for additional food for our pup. Overall it was a comfortable and much loved stay by our family. Thank you to aswathy and family for having us.
