Hotel Padma

Though its location was good but its services and quality of food and its serving time was very bad.

Basic amenities lacking: The most significant issue was the absence of basic amenities. There was no drinking water provided in the room, and essential toiletries like toothpaste and a disposable toothbrush were also missing. This was quite inconvenient and unexpected.

The hotel stay was good. Initially they have provided a smaller room but on request they have given a bigger room since we have travel-led with kids. We liked the services and stay. It was value for money according to the services they have provided. I would recommend it to everyone who wants an affordable stay with quality services.

Dirty, insects, torm curtains, fungus, mold, bathroom is scary dirty, no tv, no water heater, no room service, no drinking water, restaurant, pathetic 3rd class

2. 1. Rooms were very small to adjust bed for 3rd person. 2. 3rd bed and the bedsheet was not in good condition. 3. Staff was not able to communicate properly in english ir hindi. 4. Cocroces were found in toilet. 5. I have cleared all bills last night of check out. Next day while check out at 5:30 am the staff was asking for the money for biscuits which was no where mentioned as billable and even after asking two times last night is there anything pending they said no. Everything is cleared. These buscuits kept in room which were supposed to be complimentary and no where it is mentioned as they are billable.

Nice hotel. Classy and elegant. Rooms and washroom were clean and tidy. Even the staff were so helpful. They have their own restaurant on the ground floor. The food felt a little bit expensive but was good. Overall i am happy

Customer service was nice, and fud was just amazing. Good conditioned room. We are happy and satisfied.

1. The room is very good 2. The rooms are in 2nd and 3rd floor where as you have bar in 1st and 4th floor. The tipplers smoking on the corridor of 1st floor travels to rooms in 2nd floor where i was staying and it was unpleasant. 3. Seems solar heater is fixed hot water not available due to rains.

The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and professional. Hope to visit the place again!

Hotel ambiance is good and rooms are really comfortable and food is good but in my trip the hotel roads are full under-construction but it's okay to goo. Parking areas

Room is good, service is poor, hotel wont even give a shaving rasor, breakfast is also not good

They didn't advise about the cab not able to reach hotel. Even tho' they sent porters, had to walk on broken road about half km in the hot weather. During checkout, no bellboys to carry luggage, i had to carry myself. Management advised me, we should bear some difficulties for nation's development. Overall very bad experience, because the events reflect the attitude of mgmnt.

Breakfast time starts at 8.00 AM only, rest of everything is good ….good service.. good wifi….flexible time

Its a pleasant stay and the staffs are very polite i really enjoyed the stay.

Stay was average. Tap in the bathroom were not working properly. Bath towels not given. Food is ok. Because of the window problem room shifted and it take more time. I can give all over 2. 5 points out of 5.

Hotel staff behaviour is not good, water bottle & toiletries kits after asking they are not given, curtain & window blind full damage & not working,

The hotel was very good with excellent stuff and awesome food.

Location remote, room service is very bad. Very expensive for that location. They won't even giving tooth paste, brush. Not serving water too. It's bar. Not safe for family too
