The Room which I stayed in was clean but there was some bad smell in the bathroom, even after keeping the exhaust fan on. And ants everywhere.

All over a clean and well maintained atmosphere. The room we taken was 200 sqft which was sufficient for a tiny family but the room haven't a space for walkthrough. A common kitchen set up has been provided which was really helpful for our stay

Rooms are very spacious, Bathrooms are neat and fresh.Around two kilometres from Padmanabha Swamy temple. Parking is also available but only minor problem is the road is bit narrow apart from that everything is fine.

Everything was fine, the room was good, bathroom and toilet were clean, overall a good one.

Location easily accessible. Parking area good . Clean and spacious room with necessary facilities .

The stay was good for us as a family of 6 we booked 2 suite rooms. But here are some of the drawbacks our family faced during the stay, which the property authortities can manage by proper maintenance: 1. Bathroom door you cannot lock from inside. If you lock and then try opening, it gets stuck and we should call the staff to come with a spare key to open. 2. The heater was not workimg for one of the suite rooms we booked. They said they have informed the electrician and since it was Sunday they didnt come. 3. There were no dustbins in the room or in the bathroom. 4.

Room that's provided by the hotel is too small.. in MMT they are showing a 200 sq ft room but room barely even 100sq ft.. There is no chair in the room .. they told us the room provided as double deluxe AC by them is a small room.. They provide a used bedsheet and pillow case.. I complaint to to the reception but the lady staff there is arrogent .. so I contacted the manager and he agreed to give me a 250 rupees refund as It was raining and they firstly told me they would cancel my booking and give me a refund but that was not an option for me because I already called the reception to confirm whether the room is booked and I can't go find somewhere else at the middle of evening since what my concerns are agreed by the manager.. I lost about 2 hrs trying to fix the problem I was facing .. After 2hrs as I insisted they changed the bedsheet and pillow case.. but the room that is meant to be and shown in MMT was not anywhere near what I had.. I really regret the experience I received from the hotel since the reviews in the MMT are too good and I really had no second opinion when I Read the reviews about this hotel .. I m sorry to say that that's not the reality.. I have had a one of my worst experience by this.. but the property is a new one.. and have a good view in the backyard... but didn't met the Standards they promised..

Room ok but heater not working my room. midnight anything emergency not taking call reception number. call going to voicemail.is not good.mostle not available receptionist.

Good neat and clean place.Plenty of space bathroom are good common kitchen and fridge are provided .peaceful environment

Is very calm place. Outside food allowed. AC is working without interruption. Hot water for bathing is avaiable. Though we had our check in time at 14: 00 hours, they made arrangements in the same location from 07:00 hrs at which time we arrived the location. As a whole it is worth to stay and 'll definitely recommend to others to stay there. Kitchen room available for cooking also.

Location is pleasant and good. this property have kitched and refrigerator in common we can access those also.

there are no shops nearby nor any restaurants. you need to order thru swiggy and hotel should atleast keep mineral packaged water. During my stay there was no bottled water and to walk for a distance to get it.

overall it was a good stay, but it's a homestay so food is not available, but outside you can find hotels nearby and you can order via zomato and swiggy. they will not provide water bottles, can water only is the option.

Room was small but view from window was good with so many greenery outside. Kitchen was provided. staffs were not that responsive. for anything we asked at reception they were not giving any answer and ultimately we had to call office number for each and every query.

Decent stay, don’t expect much like hotels. Value for money.

The geyser was not working, the service was very poor, the staff was not cooperative at all, i was committed to provide 1000 rs voucher as a goodwill gesture from make my trip which was not provided till date

It was a good experience. Only one point to be added even though there was tv no cable was there. When asked told me only youtube was there.

Overall good. The service is good and also the room is very clean. The hotel is very near to pathmanaba swami temple.

good parking space, very clean area. room is good with better arrangements of cupboard tv etc. but cheap quality bed, bedsheet and blanket provided and that needs to be improved.
