The place feels home away from home : has all the necessary amenities required to stay and a clean environment to live in.

This is a decent home in the heart of the city but the actual house is much different from those in the pics. Have shared feedback with host to put up actual pics, sharing a plush ,elegantly furnished house and giving a normal, moderately furnished house is not a good attitude. You should give what you show. Having said that, all required amenities were there and house was clean. Some attention to lighting will be good - bathroom had only one dim light, other wasn't working. Kitchen area also doesn't have light. Being on 10th floor it is airy and sunny which was an advantage.

It is just like a flat in an apartment. No service at all. No system to have tea, breakfast. Intercom telephone not available to contact any one. It is very much surprised to have such a type of hotel without title name of hotel.

The bathroom doors have holes on it. The walls have been corroded. Bed was untidy with no signs of cleaning after previous customer left. No soaps. Same handwash which has been used by several others. I had to leave the apartment after the owner agreed to make the refund. The next day he changed his plate. Refused the refund and didn’t care to attend the phone. Overall pathetic there are very bad people doing this business.

The apartment was almost brand new, and well maintained. Entry access was digital, and quite smooth. The owner was very flexible -i requested a late checkout, and he acceded without any hassle. I would definitely stay there again.

A good place to relax with an amazing view from front , the room is so comforting and relaxing, all the amenities are there to help us feel home away from home.

The place is very spacious and very easily accessible. You get a good city view from the bedroom and living room. The interiors look very appealing.
