This hotel is not good for families and has no facilities and clothes are not good and the sleeping bed is not good and not comfortable for sleep and price also high

Place was close to Trivandrum Central railway station and bus terminus. Room was normal. Ok for a short stay. No in house restaurant. Booking says AC rooms. But we got one room with AC but without Remote so could not use. Second room had no AC. Did not have hot water Grazer and no hot water all times. I stayed for only one night, room and toilet were good but they didn't provide a blanket and there were a lot of mosquitoes and hence it was terrible to sleep. The stay was very good. very clean room and customer care was excellent. very much near to ksrtc bus stand. 👍👍

hotel ke paas nala hai jiske paani ki aawaj bhut pareshan karti hai room me, mene meri family ke liye 2 room liye the 17 and 18 jisme mirror ganda tha, dustbin nahi tha, bed pr 2 gadde the dono gadde ke beech me gap tha, pura room me gandi smell thi. pani ki bottle ke liye 20rs aalag se charge kia,

In charge Manager was arrogent with us. Vacating time was 12 noon They not allowed us to refresh in the room on Late arrival of us @ 11.50 am.

Infested with cockroaches. Unclean and not at all as advertised. While the people were cordial and polite, the place was situated in a dingy location and it smelled of mould.

Property's location is near to station and very well connected for all commutes. Service, amenities, and cleanness are all good. Receptionist was also easy to approach guy.
