Adam Beach Resort

Location of property is very good. Property was neither having a reception counter nor an intercom. Breakfast was limited to 3 to 4 dishes only Staff was very helpful and cooperative Cleanliness was not maintained at all. Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis not the beddings were changed.

Hotel was at perfect location and nice beach view from my room. We really enjoyed staying there. Room was very big and enough for big family too. Only one problem no hot water in morning.

Owner and staff are very co-operative, and the hotel is good, the food at the hotel is also very good

It is best for it's location. Well mannered staff. It’s little bit uncomfortable for the senior citizens or thoes who have knee pain or other issues for there stairs ( no lift.

Sea view good, maintanance not good, wash room door locker inside broken. Price is higher than required. Over all ok stay but not more than that.

Great and very helpful staff, almost clean room and everything like described. Sadly not the best mattress.

Hotel facilities and services are below average. Charges are very high and room infra structure is not up to the mark.

Had to wait over 20 min to check in. Room was unclean, hotel premises was trashed (plastic / glass bottles) room was full of mosquitoes, was provided a moldy spare bed (terrible, dirty pillows, which we didn’t use, no electricity for over four hours, forced to sight-see outdoors instead of relaxing in the room because of no power. The whole time spent outside we were worried about checking in to another hotel in case the power didn’t come back. Not a professionally run resort, just a bunch of guys running the place. Stay away if you are looking for a clean place, was mislead by room photos (may be from 15 yrs ago) and other reviews, some other hotels with less ratings were actually better than this. Thank god i only booked for one night.

Property location is just amazing and the room we stayed was highly spacious at a nominal cost...Right infront of the beach ..One can watch the entire beach and lighthouse from balcony itself..Beach was even visible from the bed inside our room..In order to go to the beach one just needs to go downstairs and you are on the beach....Mr Vijayan and his team ( Mr. Pramod ,Mr. Shishupal and others) are good host ...polite , hospitable and helpful...Food from their Restaurant ( Crab Club ) below is excellent , specially Crab dishes..Overall , had a wonderful stay here ..

You have the beach right in front of you. Opt for the sea view rooms for best experience. Place is neat and clean. Elderly people would find a bit difficult to climb up the stairs. The bathroom fittings are bit old. Other than that awesome food and location with very sweet and accommodating hosts.

The room was very spacious, right opposite to the beach. If one wants a beach view, go for it. Food in the restaurant was just okay!

It was not value for money. Alhough the owner was humble and courteous, however, it was too expensive.

No lift. You need to climb steep steps for 2 floors every time you intend to go out. Room is very spacious with good sea view. No intercom phone every time you need call the care taker or take steps to talk. No hot water it depends on solar heater based on sun. Not a typical hotel but an old building converted into a hotel. Overall not a recommended for a family stay.

The one thing good about this hotel is its location. It is right on the beach front so you will have a view of the sea. The room is big and spacious Ac works. The bathroom is clean and has leaky fittings! balcony railing is rusted and broken so if you have kids please keep them away from the balcony. Most of the time, there is no attendant also in the hotel. Hopefully you won't need him as well! owner mr vijay arranged cab to airport on my request. There are various restaurants in the vicinity so that is also great. (1sec walk) a decent place to stay if you are on a budget.

Location is good. But room is pretty old

Have to clean the rooms and assure the parking for customers, nice friendly staff
