Pleasant stay with sea

A beautiful location on the beach side of Kovalam. Very picturesque scene from 1st flr rooms. Services are really slow but rest all good

The hotel is in a sorry state of maintenance from all possible angles, like, plumbing, locks and bathroom gadgets etc. We had to endure absolute power cut for more than 4 hours due to internal cable fault and old generator crying for repair or preferably, replacement. Other than the excellent location of the hotel, nothing else deserves a positive recommendation.

Property is next to the beach and from the sea facing balcony room, view is clear and amazing. Hotel has its own restaurant and bar. but the food quality is average. Receptionist are not good bcz they are restricting the to go inside the pool. but there were other guest, who used it without asking them and beyond pool time. rest the room and location is awesome

Location is Excellent Rooms on ground floor are old. Need some make over, Over all Good, Recommended

Property is old and ok ok types, bedsheet and towels were very old and torned, our stay was for 2 days but they did not change the linen on the second day of our stay, only did dusting of the room, not sure why in mmt it is rated as 4 star property, rating of 3 star is also too much for it. However in google it is rated as 3 star property.

Hotel was well maintained especially in front of the Beach!!!

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and a foul odor. The bathroom was barely functional — mold in the shower and a constantly leaking faucet. Staff were unhelpful and rude, ignoring our requests for basic amenities like towels and toilet paper. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was stale and clearly not fresh. The overall experience was disappointing and far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the price

Food quality and cooking is very poor and food cannot be provided to kids, as it may spoil the Health In such scenario, hotel must allow outside food from other hotel. As that area is not having any food delivery partners. Table bearer who take the order is not friendly and speaks very harsh and rough to customers. Breakfast serving area has to be better arranged in case the swimming pool area cannot be used to climatic conditions. Room cleanliness has to be improved a lot. Since the rooms which our family used, both are very old build and renovated as soon as possible

The hotel offers a unique experience, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. The location is excellent, and the rooms are clean. The restaurant serves a variety of seafood and drinks at reasonable prices. Breakfast is brought to the table by cooperative staff, . Note that outside food and drinks are not allowed. Overall, the hotel has a superb view and excellent rooms.

The only positive thing is the hotel is open to beach and good pool inside. Very poor restaurant (less cleanness) and foods are just above average. However the floor is feels sticky and wet all time due sea side and none are trying to clean or wipe. Room amenities are feel like older thane century.

Stayed at Hotel Seaface for a short visit to Kovalam. Overall, the experience was *average*. The *complimentary breakfast* was disappointing — very limited options and not up to the mark in terms of quality. The *bedspread and linen* provided in the room were also below expectations, lacking the comfort and cleanliness you'd hope for. Additionally, the *Wi-Fi was out of order* throughout the stay, which was inconvenient, especially for those needing to stay connected. The location is good and has potential, but the management needs to focus on improving the basic amenities and services to offer better value for money.

Excellent stay, clean rooms , wonderful and courteous staff, reception staff was absolutely superb and provided assistance I upgraded my room from regular to executive and it was worth only issue was hot water the staff informed some solar issue although immediately hot water was provided
