The property experience was excellent, the property is situated literally over the hill, we had booked sea view cottage which was spacious and the had exceptional view, the property is located at a scenic location and the staff behaviour was also good, which made our stay very special, me and my family loved the stay at this property, we will definitely visit this property again

Our stay was very pleasant and really enjoyed our stay. The staffs were very kind and courteous and took great care of us. The food was reasonably priced and tasty as well. it is little far from backwater, but again not very far. The swimming pool was well maintained, rooms were neat and tidy. The resort was great in ambience and amenities too. highly recommend this

Due to an accident at the boating i have requested a doctor or first both of which were not available at the hotel. However the same is mentioned during our booking. So i have to leave to next town for treatment. I have cancel-led the booking however they refused to repay the money till now

Dear Mr.Prem Kumar. Seasonal greeting from all of us at Over The Hill ! At first i would like to thank you for taking your valuable time and effort to give us your feedback this instance the you even before your checked in you wanted to the cancel the booking and asked for a refund at the eleventh hour which was refused. Post that only you checked in and stayed one night, we asked the breakfast time how your stay you said good stay, after breakfast you went out with your family, where son got injured, when where and how, we did not know as the entire incident happened away from our property premises, As far as about the comment on availability of medical kit and non availability of nearby medical facility, the you didn’t even allow us near their son so that our staff trained in first aid could assess her condition and help with and we do have nearby medical facilities. with 2 km 4 hospital and 8 medical store available. we offered to take your son on our own transportation, which was refused by the you. In this instance the request from you for refund on the grounds of safety is farcical to say the least.
