The Ocean Park Beach Resort

Average not good there is a water issue every morning.

Actually, when i am searching for a hotel, it takes time because the hotel name board is not there. Secondly, inside the room, no door matter is there. No bulb is there, and most importantly, the door of room is covered with curtain and glass gate, which is not so comfortable.

Very worst experience. We have to carry all baggage 1km because vehicles can’t reach there, very small road 10 feet in front of hotel. No lift, no staff will carry the baggage to room at night time. We have to lift the baggage to third floor, very hectic.

The hotel lacks basic amenities like intercom, tv, geyser, lift etc. We had terrible experience

We were provided with torn bedsheets and the blanket was stinking very badly. It was extremely unclean and unhygienic. Not recommended.

Staff behaviour good. Nice service.

It was a nice stay but more we liked was its cafe Tattoria. Great view and food.

Good location. Nice view. Average food. Seldom felt lack of receptionist/room boy. Just okay.

Air conditioning, tv, and hot water not working during our entire stay. Hotel was very poorly maintained

Location was good. Not at all worth it. Should be taken down from listed hotels. Absolutely not a penny worth except for the balcony view. No electricity at night and no backup generator. Had to leave in dark literally at 3:45 am in the morning.

Forget all the facilities cited by the hotel. It gives a spacious bedroom, big washroom and a lovely balcony. But the floor was all oily and slippery may because of the wind from the ocean. No TV, not all rooms face the sea. All night mosquitoes kept us awake. Good staff at the reception. They should maintain the hotel in a better way.

They are not asking what we need

Just adjacent to The Beach. Worth each and every penny if you get a Sea view room

In Ocean park hotel, rooms are not very clean. Furnitures are shabby. Not accessible for parking vehicle.

Bad room services. Rood behaviear and food is too bad .. When we reach than language is take after we leave room than no gave service and also room is too bed and not working WiFi tv. Waste of money.

By mistake I had booked this hotel for 24Nov17 instead of 24 December 17. Not even got a single notification from hotel as well as @Makemytrip for confirmation of check-in. Hotel people did not bothered about to call customer atleast on check-in date. Whenever I went to booked hotel people called on check-in date and get confirmation and status. Worst pathetic service by both Make My Trip and hotel

The worst hotel in light house beach ... Very bad service. Rooms are big and spacious but services are very bad. Not at all clean. Not value for money. Bathrooms also not clean. Showr was not working. The wardrobeck was not working. We were not able to use the wardrobes.

The room was very bad and stinky. Tv was not working. Door lock for bathroom was not working. No intercom for room service. Staff were unavailable most of the time. Breakfast was pathetic ( only idli, sambar and bread toast). Would suggest so that nobody visit this hotel ever. Worst hotel experience ever.
