familyThe view from balcony was good, apart from that the rooms were terrible. We expected the rooms from the pictures that we saw, but it looked like a very old building with no lifts, aged parents had a tough time climbing stairs. The rooms were so basic and bathing tubs unused with completely fungus on it. The water pipes weren't working. The balcony had dust. Overall stay experience was unsatisfactory but breakfast was good. And 2 staffs from reception were also welcoming and helpful for us to go around kovalam

familyThe 2 good factors of the hotel is the location and staff hospitality otherwise the hotel has a lot of scope to improve their services and upscale the maintenance. Damaged doors, bathtubs with no showers maintenance issues with air conditioners are few very common things which will be experienced. We paid for the stay which was not worth. The hotel is worth per day. I wouldn't recommend paying anything more. Lastly the hotel has a very well maintained ayurvedic center which us worth visiting.
