Terrible Stay

Very poor hotel. No lift, no intercom. However had connected to MMT customer care, but didn't help. We had requested for a change of hotel and would pay extra additional amount for another hotel. But to my surprise MMT kept me on hold and disconnected the phone.. We had to climb the stairs. Nowhere in the property it was mentioned that there is no lift. Poor customer care and not satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback . It's very clearly mentioned about steps in our description. Please check back . The sentence is it's worth climbing the steps to see the view. .... That means it's steps. Facilities also mentioned no elevator. Jubliee told you you wanted to cancel your may . You stayed back . She was caring for you enough . You even called her and asked for personal help and now complaining about service . You told her your room is clean . Can you specify the lack of cleanliness so that we can improve .

Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable

Location is amazing. We opt for quadruple room which is very very spacious and has 4 beds. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very humble and helpful. They have pure veg restaurant and food is very amazing. Excellent place.
