Review Of Banyan Tree Samudra

Very poor hotel. No lift, no intercom. However had connected to MMT customer care, but didn't help. We had requested for a change of hotel and would pay extra additional amount for another hotel. But to my surprise MMT kept me on hold and disconnected the phone.. We had to climb the stairs. Nowhere in the property it was mentioned that there is no lift. Poor customer care and not satisfied.

Very nice property near by sea Excellent view Hotel proprietor very loving and helpful. Staff are very friendly food are excellent and testy. All over we like most. Will visit agin soon.

Location is amazing. We opt for quadruple room which is very very spacious and has 4 beds. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very humble and helpful. They have pure veg restaurant and food is very amazing. Excellent place.

Excellent location, sea viewing corridor. Warm hospitality of madam dhanya with her cordial staffs. Foods are awesome. We felt a home away from home.

location is excellent near the sea shore as it is new so staff is very less their service was very good food has to improve cleanliness should be maintain should increase staff
