The Neelakanda Hotel

The rooms were pretty average. I changed my room to a different one than what was alotted to me. The front desk was helpful,but the chaperones were not very happy with working. The restaurant blasts loud music all the time, and it hurt my ears. Otherwise I felt the service was okay, rooms could have been better.

Excellent location just besides the beach with beautiful view from the hotel.Delicious food particular sea food and good rooms.

It was a pleasant and calm stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.As it was beachfront we could always hear the waves.

There were no parking... We parked the car in a public area and walked around 200m with luggage. It was a normal room without wifi (it was available only in the balcony and Restaurant). The A/C was leaking. TV was not working. But the food was good. Not worth for the money.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options to suit all tastes. Dining with the sound of sea waves crashing in the background was a real highlight! While the rooms may not be the most spacious, they were immaculately clean and well-maintained. The balcony offered a lovely partial view of the sea. The pièce de résistance, however, was the hotel's proximity to the beach – just 5 steps from the hotel door! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities." When my stay wifi was not working.

Location is the only Good thing about this Hotel . The sea view room with balcony. Other wise nothing to write about.

The property didn't receive us at all.neither any support.the location was far from the drop off area.while checking out they didn't help us to take our luggage till the taxi. Regarding room - the rooms were not cleaned - even after multiple requests to clean the room. the TV was not working- we rarely watch TV at home,but on a holiday we want to watch TV and all the time all they said was we will check what the issue is and never addressed it. Regarding breakfast - as we went to temple,we got late like 10 30 by then the breakfast was over- and atleast for the kids they could have done something like a toast or Dosa,, but the staff was so reluctant,they didn't bother to attend on the 3rd day we left early like 6 am,again we didn't eat breakfast,but they could have packed breakfast for the kids for the airtravel. must acknowledge- I am disappointed with hith makemy trip and hotel nellakanta as the stay was not great.

It's okay..beach front..food is okay..sea food is good..room is okay..toilets could have been better..AC issues but has been sorted after 2days..

Good Location. few suggestions for improvement. 1. wifi should be available inside the room. 2. There should be a basic medical kit available at the reception incase its required as there is no medical shop close by.

Location is perfect and views from room is superb room size was also very big with multiple balconies

Worst hotel ever. No cattle for making tea, no geyser for warm water, pathetic rooms so dirty and full of smell. Need to walk a lot. No wheel chair for old people

Location was good but rooms were not upto the expectations. We booked sea facing room but sea view was only partial. Ac was not working properly in one room and we shift to another room next day. Overall stay was not good.

Horrible experience. Room and bathroom not maintained. Ac not working in room number 801. Also light not working on room number 801 in bathroom. Truly bad experience for me

Had a great time during our stay. The location was awesome overlooking the majestic arabian sea. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Staff were courteous. Thank you for making our vacation memorable

Location is excellent exactly seafront and staff are extremely cordial and helpful. Only parking is little away from hotel and it's common and payable. Restaurant is attached and food is just decent mornings you have complimentary buffet breakfast but not elaborate for a three star. Cleanliness is upto mark for a sea facing property. The property tariff is little bit on the higher side comparing the facilities. There is no gym but yes pool is there. Also you can get down and take a dip in sea anytime. More than anything location is pretty impressive and staff is highly courteous and cooperative. Really appreciate all of them for their assistance and service. If you have your own transport better for commuting for private transport you really have to pay heavily. Best would be to arrange transport try and cover all places in a single day and on other days relax by walking, swimming and watching the waves from your balcony which is heavenly.

1. For check they took 30 minutes though we reached the hotel by 5pm 2. Room air condition was not even working, with the kids we could not sleep all night. When we checked with the staff they said some maintenance work was going on. 3. We booked a deluxe room, we arrived at the hotel they said all the deluxe rooms were already occupied. They gave us small room, where i have to accommodate my wife and two children. 4. The swimming pool was the most dangerous place on earth, my wife toe got cut in the pool and my child knee got injured. 50% of the swimming pool tile was broken and very dangerous to swim. When we asked for the first aid they did not have basic kit. And then we asked them to get a doctor which they did get it. 5. The breakfast was very basic they didn’t even have coffee. 6. They charged us it was not even worth it, we have travel-led all the way from chennai to this beautiful location to enjoy our anniversary. But this year was the worst experience ever in my life.

Good stay, room excellent and super sea view.

Not worth for money paid for one day, i stayed in room no 703, showe was not working and ambience was not good, floor was also stinking, first time it happened that after checkout they asked us to wait till their staff check room and gives all clear signal, management also poor, for hair dryer we called 3 times, if you cahrgibg 5k for room you should have kept some basic things.
