HAWAH BEACH RESORT

location is far away from hawa beach taxi/auto stand, property owner refused to pickup from stand, he instead asked to reach at peacock hotel which was a dangerous road to reach anyway, then make me wait there for 20 mins for pickup from there. Room was not ready even at 12:30 hrs. Even during check out also I asked them to drop my luggage at taxi stand with there trolley but they refused. In total it was not a pleasant location at all to stay

Very worst service

property was changed at last moment by the resort and arranged in moonlight hotel. The ac was bearly working at 27 degree and it was preset. Also we had to pay additional charges. only good thing was the staff was good.

The stey and the location was fantastic and the room and atmosphere are excellent, good for a peaceful and relaxing few days from rushing city life.

Very good ambience, just above the sea beach, extremely good behaved staffs, very kind officials, personal balcony, huge bedroom, clean bathroom. Went there twice. Overall very good ambience.

This is good resort in resort see view of very nice also there service is very good and near by place are very beautiful.

hawa Beach resort is provide very bad service , AC is not working properly,in any rooms, no language service by hotel , hotel's staff manner is not good...rudely talking.. do not visit here .

Property is sea front but no access to cars , not good breakfast and no TV and internet working Staff helped to load the bags and unload which was good but receptionist at night time.was not helpful.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had in my entire life, On the very first day we saw bathroom full of earthworms and we complaint to receptionist stating that we want to change the room were they so casual seems like it happens everyday to day that's not the big deal, nothing happened they denied to change the room and we simply changed the hotel itself my daughter was so scared even though I've recorded the video for the proof they were so helpless, don't get manipulate this as a customer we think it's very affordable price , it's near to beach bah bah I strongly recommend to all the people don't visit to this shitty place no hygiene at all I am rating you 5/0.2😑

It was dirty and the ac also wasn't working properly

The location was good. I booked standard AC room. AC remote was not working and the cooling was pathetic. The room was not maintained well, poor quality sheets , towels, bathroom shower etc. curtains were not reaching the ends to cover light from outside. No room service means we haven't got hot water to drink. No entertainment since the TV was not working. It wasn't worth even for 500 rupees.

You get what you pay for and so I have no reviews about the property and the owner as such . My mother and I stayed there for a night . My elderly mother in her late 60’s who I wanted to see the beach and spend some good time with her at dinner . On returning to the hotel my mother or I misplaced the key to our room . On approaching the receptionist , she made it clear that it’s not her headache and that she doesn’t have a spare key. She did say that the spare two keys were lost by guests and hence she has none left . She asked me and my mother to replace the lock and pay the bill . As a son I must stay clam and deal with this right . She uttered slags at my mother. I kept calling her chechi through all this . The receptionist kept talking the same way she spoke to us . She made it very clear that she won’t take responsibility or accountability for the incident . In the end we got another room and not what we paid for with a blacony. We just wanted to leave . A day when I wanted my mother and I to bond and it turned to a nightmare . Insulted my mother but I’ll inform you that the owner called and apologized to my mother . If you want to stay here . Just know that customer service , is not what you pay for . That lady the worst I’ve ever met and I’m sad I should have booked a better place .

Hotel is on the sea front. However going to hotel from back side is difficult. Best view, staff is good.
