Pathetic approach, you have to carry all your language for about 10 mts as it's off the main road. Very unclean. Cupboard had left over clothes and beer bottles, bathroom was very dirty. No TV. Unclean bed sheets and blankets. Overall I would rate the property 0 out of 10

very good place given it's price and affordability

Given the prices, it's very good place to stay. balcony has sea view even though it's kind of away. there is a open terrace too for good view. the ustad hotel(which is open 24/7) is at a walkable distance. ACs were all working in both the rooms.

l looked through the MMT App , we went out to eat ,so we don't know the quality of the food, they took great of me with great courtesy the hotel and it's entire structure of atmosphere were a memorable and enjoyable experience thank u for MMT

Ideally located, about 300 metres from the beach. One needs to walk about 50 metres from the road. Parking for private vehicles is available about 100 metres away. The accommodation is getting renovated. Bare essentials furniture is provided. A TV set will add value for money. View from the room and the terrace is good. Reception was hassle-free. Food can be ordered through Swiggy. A small kitchen with essential utensils, fridge, gas with stove, etc are available. Tea/ coffee will be provided at extra payment. Overall, a nice place to stay for a couyof days to enjoy the beach.

family with 1 kidI really enjoyed my stay with my family. I felt like being at home. Spacious rooms with a balcony, clean bathroom and calm ambience. The roof top has a view of the lighthouse and kovalam beach which is just 1 min walking distance. Food was good too. Overall A best place to stay. The owner and staffs always smiling and cooperative.
