Hotel Marine Palace

Room's are very neat & it's located very near to beach Room service also so kindly provide.swimming pool will neatly maintenance. Food will okay. i book non ac only that also good.

we had worse experience. We booked the hotel with swimming pool but swimming pool is not clean and not changing water instead they putting chemicals. Breakfast is not good. once ac turn on it is not possible to switch off. bathroom is not good. we had bad experience.

Good Hotel with caring management and staff. They support in availing local transport at reasonable fare also.

Location is good, 2 min from beach. They need to work to maintain cleanliness. At the time of check in, there was sea sand on the floor and on doormat. TV doesn't work. Swimming timing from 830 to 7 pm. They should allow at least till 9 pm. So that after sightseeing we can enter in a pool. We missed breakfast on day 1. Time is for 1 hour only. 830 to 930. You will easily spot couple of big cockroaches in their dining area. Food was good. They should provide 2 towels for 2 gustes. We got 1, not very clean.

Overall a very good experience, the morning complimentary breakfast was good, very near to the beach..

Mattress were so hard it was mot comfortable it should have been much comfortable if it was comfortable

Its terrible hotel. Hardly they are doing any cleaning and bothering for guest. There is no room service, no supportive staff and spend nights with ants all over roomand bad. Not preferable for family stay. Don't expect any service.

Hotel is old. Tv was only for display. The ac outlet was in the bathroom so the bathroom is always wet. It's not good if you are with kids. Not a good option for family. The bathroom window was open. You can see ants in almirah. Food was average. Breakfast options were limited only one item per person

This was my first trip to kovalam. Luckily i found a good hotel also. The marine palace is just 1 min walk from beach. Location : 5 star room service: 3. 5 cleaniness : 4 staff was very cooperative. The deluxe ac room is a spacious one. But they didn't maintain the property, otherwise it could have been better. Inter -com not working. Struggle everytime to place order. Overall good stay.
