Pluses: 1. Staff quality was very nice 2. Room view was great. Drawbacks Felt: 1. There is no smart TV in the room 2. Food quality is very poor, meat, fish are all frozen and not fresh, Ordered mutton curry but the mutton was not fully cooked even after it was reported.

Very good experience!! Very neat and clean property plus view is amazing. Food is also good. All facilities provided well and staff is also well experienced and well behaved.

The property is good and well maintained. We arrived early and waited in the lounge. It was very hot outside and the ac was not working. Had a group lunch also there. Same story in the restaurant. No AC. Food is ok not great. They were understaffed but tried to manage the same. Overall the experience was ok only. There is room for improvement.

The ambience of the hotel is gud. They are maintaining the rooms well. Food taste is too good. Service is gud. Kids enjoyed well at play area. The room is kept hygiene. But the food rate is little bit high

It's a great place with tranquility as it's usb. But the flip side is that, the approach approach road is torchuous and worn-out in some stretches. I understand it is not in, the realm of the hotel management, but if done, it will be a good visitation point. Once it's reached, it's really a fabulous place.

Room is excellent. Friendly reception. Food is superb. No breakfast buffet. Surprising. A la cart e only. Location is nice.

The location was amazing, and hotel amenities were average. The bathtub was not covinent for having a bath. Music was loud on the second floor at the function hall, post the function, and a huge noise for rearranging the furniture. The food was excellent and staff were polite and helpful.

Some renovation work is going on. Due to this paint and varnish smell all over. Otherwise spacious room with view to the lake.

Homely friendly hotel only stayed 1 nights but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly. Nice foods & lots of variety in breakfast.

Our stay was excellent. We booked a lake view room and had a wonderful view of the same. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned. House keeping services are excellent. The location of the place is a little away from the city and its very calm and serene away from the city's hustle. The food and service at the restaurant was also excellent. This place is a must stay if you are visiting trivandrum.

Was there for a short stay. Great property with ongoing maintenance works. The pool was hence not available - which they notified upfront. Friendly staff made a lot of difference

The hotel has great lobby and spacious rooms but we missed the pool as it was under maintenance. Great view and also to add the food at hotel is amazing. Service and chef has done a great job. Keep it up

Location is far of from the main city, no major places for visit nearby. Only saviour was the lawn at the backyard and back waters. Kayaking was there but very few availed, many things in the property are under renovation. Hope it will be done soon. Food was good in breakfast. Lunch and dinner options should be more.
