I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fragrant Backwater Resort, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! It was an amazing stay at Fragrant Nature Kollam. The resort is lush with greenery, and the place is beautiful and clean. The buffet dinner and breakfast was also great. Must mention the complimentary massage and boat cruise. Usually we think that complimentary might not be good enough, but the massage by Rakhi was too good. The boat ride was also amazing, we got drizzle on our boat ride and it just elevated the beauty of the whole ride. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and very much spacious. Must mention that every single staff is so polite that it makes the whole stay enjoyable. We even got a quick Anniversary cake while we mentioned that we were there for our Wedding Anniversary. It felt really special and we are sure going to go back. The price was truly reasonable and a great place for a break from city life.

Absolutely Amazing Stay and Beyond! We had a wonderful experience at the Fragrant Nature Backwater Resort, Kollam. Everything was top-notch — the food was delicious, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly special. We also received a complimentary massage, and it was an absolute highlight! Shiva and Akhilesh did an excellent job — professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating. We truly loved this place and can't wait to visit again. Easily a 5-star and above experience. Highly recommended!

Location was decent, about 30 mins away from town center. Property is well kept and neat. Rooms were clean. Pros: Neat and clean property Staff communicates well Will arrange driver for pick up and drop at an additional fee Calm and serene area Cons: Food can be a hit and miss. Most of the kerala cuisine food that we had tasted very good, but if you order chinese or anything else, it might not taste great.

The property is in a beautiful lake side location. Rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The best thing about this place is all staff from reception, restaurant, house keeping, security and even the outdoor cleaning and maintenance staff greet you everyday that too with a smile. Great experience. Hope to visit again

its a beautiful stay amidst nature. the staff here is really great they take care of your confort the most. food here is really tasty and authentic. every room here serves great views of backwaters. would highly recommend everyone. they also have a spa and a big swimming pool to enjoy, relax and rejuvenate.

The stay was cool, cordial staff ,good ambience, clean rooms, but there's still room for improvement in the fish curry that they serve... since we get to have the best of fish in kollam. Other than that, a weekend we'll spent.

It was a pleasant stay as we booked the private pool villa it was specious and calm environment. Food was little above average as they lack of non veg items in dinner. Rest of the stay was good
