While the property is great, food is great .The villa rooms are very dimly lit . The size is fine but still feel suffocated because they are not airy and there is no natural light. On top there are so few wall lamps with dim yellow bulbs that its always dark. Throughout the day it feels nighttime inside room. Also the ACs are age old so there will some or the other issue with them.

Nice trip. Cruise trip was very beautiful. Lunch and breakfast were nice and tasty. But dinner can be given only 3.5 out of 5. Room was good. It would have been better if bathroom was little more spacious. Swimming pool lacks floating tubes for children. Overall nice experience

I recently stayed in a pool villa. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the ambiance was decent. The food was excellent, though prices were on the higher side. However, the villa itself did not offer value for the amount paid. It’s an older property, around 15 years old, with visible signs of wear. Cleanliness was satisfactory, but the villa tiles are old and worn, and the pool area lacks adequate lighting, making it unsafe at night. Overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations for the premium pricing.

Absolutely Amazing Stay and Beyond! We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Everything was top-notch — the food was delicious, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly special. We also received a complimentary massage, and it was an absolute highlight! Shiva and Akhilesh did an excellent job — professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating. We truly loved this place and can't wait to visit again. Easily a 5-star and above experience. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing stay at Fragrant Nature Kollam. The resort is lush with greenery, and the place is beautiful and clean. The buffet dinner and breakfast was also great. Must mention the complimentary massage and boat cruise. Usually we think that complimentary might not be good enough, but the massage by Rakhi was too good. The boat ride was also amazing, we got drizzle on our boat ride and it just elevated the beauty of the whole ride. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and very much spacious. Must mention that every single staff is so polite that it makes the whole stay enjoyable. We even got a quick Anniversary cake while we mentioned that we were there for our Wedding Anniversary. It felt really special and we are sure going to go back. The price was truly reasonable and a great place for a break from city life.

Peaceful Stay amidst nature

Location was decent, about 30 mins away from town center. Property is well kept and neat. Rooms were clean. Pros: Neat and clean property Staff communicates well Will arrange driver for pick up and drop at an additional fee Calm and serene area Cons: Food can be a hit and miss. Most of the kerala cuisine food that we had tasted very good, but if you order chinese or anything else, it might not taste great.

its a beautiful stay amidst nature. the staff here is really great they take care of your confort the most. food here is really tasty and authentic. every room here serves great views of backwaters. would highly recommend everyone. they also have a spa and a big swimming pool to enjoy, relax and rejuvenate.
