The property was good but the surroundings were no local market to buy your essentials. Food also took a lot of time for its preparation....Though it was 8.30 am the food was not ready.

Food location and facilities were pretty good

The property is very beautiful and nature is in it’s best form. The staff ,rooms and breakfast everything was up to mark .

Overall Good with excellent food and excellent service. Room was very clean with sufficient water supply. AC was very chilled but working from 6 pm till morning even though the normal AC timing was 9 pm. It's a Modern hotel, clean, spacious with amenities like badminton court and swimming pool. Recommended. It needs more staff. Restaurant has to be upgraded. TV was not working. Overall, satisfied.

Had a great stay. Serene atmosphere and clean room. Staff was friendly. Walkable distance to Allappey beach. The restaurant's timing could have been flexible. Especially for those who are traveling with kids.

Clean rooms, spacious and clean bathroom. Very close to beach. Jetty point for backwaters shikara ride is also within 3-4 km. Overall good experience, staff is also friendly.

The experience was good as it had so many recreation options. I was with my family and everyone enjoyed a lot. Only the service is little delayed.

Had a very good stay at haven beach resort. Walkable from beach. Many good restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely courteous. Food was good at the inhouse restaurant. Clean swimming pool to splash around. Hats off to client for running the show very well at haven resort. Will definitely visit again.

Rooms were too small compare to the price. Floor and bed have lots of ants. Bedding was not really cleaned looks like too old. Reception and restaurant staff were good. No wi-fi connections range in the room, i found the couple staying in our next room were sitting outside the room for whole day to use wi-fi that was horrible. Washroom taps were loose.

The rooms were too small in size, there was no room service in the property. My parents stayed and i booked for them and it was the worst stay for them. Even for water they have to walk to the water cooler to get the water. Would never suggest this to anyone

The hotel's location is excellent, and the property is great really liked swimming pool and badminton court. However the room's conditions like ac and room knob were not upto mark. We also didn't like the food quality served at breakfast

They property is situated in a very beautiful and serene location, the staff were courteous and well mannered, the food amazing and overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely visit more.

Stay was very good, well maintained rooms, staff was highly trained and helpful, being on the beach side, also makes the stay very beautiful.
