Rooms were not upto the mark and not worth for the money spent. Housekeeping and cleanliness was not as expected. One of the room was even stinking and water from ac was dripping into the bed untrained staff was handling the front desk when we reached. Overall satisfaction can be graded as poor.

familyPathetic experience. Not at all maintained property. Have to beg for the minimum necessities also. Fan not working properly. No hot water arrangement in evening. Pillow covers dirty. Cherry on the top- full night spent with mosquitoes. No repellent provided. One towel for 3 guests. No kitchen facilities inside premises. Overall nothing is upto the mark. One good point can be mentioned that is nearby to the allepey beach.

It was mentioned 3 star hotel on but in actual condition it was 1 star hotel. Bathroom door was broken and no toiletries provided and no hot water supply in washroom. When we asked for hot drinking water in morning they denied for the same. Also cockroaches were in rooms and tv was also not working.

Location is good since it's close to beach, but getting food in the vicinity is difficult. Maintenance is poor. Cleanliness is ok but linen and other materials are dumped in the verandah corner. No wifi facility and no hot water available. Quality of water is not good.
