Bellow avarage in hygiene standards and hosting is very poor no proper lighting in rooms. No hot water in wash room not recommending for others

Bed sheet and pillow are not clean. Hot water not working. Only one plus staff are frindly. Bathroom pipe and wash tup full stain,

Rooms were not upto the mark and not worth for the money spent. Housekeeping and cleanliness was not as expected. One of the room was even stinking and water from ac was dripping into the bed untrained staff was handling the front desk when we reached. Overall satisfaction can be graded as poor.

Good and polite behaviour of staff

Pathetic experience. Not at all maintained property. Have to beg for the minimum necessities also. Fan not working properly. No hot water arrangement in evening. Pillow covers dirty. Cherry on the top- full night spent with mosquitoes. No repellent provided. One towel for 3 guests. No kitchen facilities inside premises. Overall nothing is upto the mark. One good point can be mentioned that is nearby to the allepey beach.

The infra is not that great but the location and hospitality is superb. The hotel is walking distance to allepey beach. The staff and owneria nice. I got sick there and the owner took us to get medicines and ordered food for us.

Tv not working, no food, no hot water. No privacy in room number 101 & 102

Hotel is on road and near the beach but there were no soap and shampoo provided. Room and bed are average. Staff are friendly.

It was an empty room and no maintenance. Never been in such property in my life.

It was mentioned 3 star hotel on but in actual condition it was 1 star hotel. Bathroom door was broken and no toiletries provided and no hot water supply in washroom. When we asked for hot drinking water in morning they denied for the same. Also cockroaches were in rooms and tv was also not working.

Used pillow cover and bed sheet. Dirty smell. Make a double bed from two single beds. Not for couple and family

It is not recommended, the bathroom is so small, there is no hot water in the bathroom, i need to carry it from one common tap. Bedsheets are in unhygienic condition.

Bathroom flush problem..room fan problem

Location is good since it's close to beach, but getting food in the vicinity is difficult. Maintenance is poor. Cleanliness is ok but linen and other materials are dumped in the verandah corner. No wifi facility and no hot water available. Quality of water is not good.

Towel was not provided by for bath.

Had a calm environment. Clean room and good room service. Steps away from beach was the highlight.

Everything was dirty washroom to bedsheet, was suffocating so could not sleep and in morning hot water not there.

Hotel needs to add hot water geyser. Only solar is there
