Review Of Alapatt Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker

The owner was not cooperative however place was clean and wide but no service and facility.

The location, hygiene and environment of this homestay is perfect. The host, Mr Raju, is a very helpful man. I felt very comfortable and well connected as a solo traveller. The rooms are new and very clean. The terrace has a very good vibe.Don’t think, just go for this homestay.

I found this stay from makemytrips and it's really a worth place. The owner of this place is very kind and he helped me a lot as i'm new to alleppey. He is like a fatherly person. The room is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and it will be my first choice to stay in alleppey

Clean room and well maintained. Near to ksrtc bus stand, 200-300 metres walkable distance. All around very good stay.

Very good service, helpful, clean and new and fresh room and bathroom. Highly recommend for stay with family and kids. Very near to attractions

Location great. Landlord good and explained things. He let me keep my luggage in his home for rest of the day when i went out. Room clean.

Couldn’t reach the place due to police lock-down due to a major event happening in the area. It seems this was the norm during earlier years too.

First thing there is no hot water to shower and they mentioned there is a kitchen but there no kitchen to cook and I have been fooled because I brought 1kg fish to cook, after I reach the location owner comes out and said no kitchen 😕.

It's cool but amenities should improve. I travelled with family.

Staff and management are very polite

Overall me and my family had a nice stay but drinking water was not available their. Normally every homestays provide drinking water for free but Alapatt Homestay charge for water

Even though we paid for breakfast they didn't provide me, very disappointed with it

Firstly little bit disappointed with owner because our arrival is getting bit late at night around 11 pm so he told me he can't help me but then I immediately contact MMT for help after their intervention owner agreed for my stay otherwise he is seems to be nice person, no hot water provided because it is available only through solar power.

Excellent place, safe and peaceful.

This Homestay is very near to backwaters boating point and can can be easily accessible to good restaurants for food

The location was average, apart from location everything was good at Alapatt Homestay.

Thanks to owner to have called back as we had forgotten our umbrella!
