The property is very beautiful — aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained-even though little smaller than in the pictures.The staff were very kind and helpful, making the stay very pleasant overall. The tourist attractions light house and beach are very near to the property. However, the only concern was the lack of privacy. The stay is located right opposite a public park, and there were often people standing below the balcony, which felt a bit(too much)uncomfortable. A few small improvements could make the experience even better. Providing a bottle of water in the room would be thoughtful. Since an induction kettle is already available, adding two cups and some tea bags would be great .Toiletries were provided, but including a small towel would be better. Breakfast was served late, which was understandable, but better communication would help — each time I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, though it took nearly an hour. Overall, a lovely place with wonderful staff and potential to be a perfect staycation spot with some refinements.

We stayed here in October 25, Location: Location of the property is walkable from Alleppey beach, also the water canal is infront of the property. Room: We booked Cosy AC Room, which was normal in size and with sufficient space with good ambience, good lighting, room cleanliness was good, bed matters was of good quality and clean bedline, the room which we allocated is on ground floor. Bathroom: bathroom average in cleanliness, toiletries are provided, the property owner should focus more on toilet cleanliness. Hot water: 24 hours hot water was available, but hotness was low. Parking: public Ample street parking available infront of property, so there is no issue for car parking. Property owner is cooperative and friendly. Currently Property is not having inhouse restaurant, but they provide food on pre order basis, or you can order food via Zomato or Swiggy. Overall the stay was good.

Our stay at this property is good. The owner was very humble he himself had provided us with water to wash our feet on return from the beach. Hot water is available 24/7, though this is not in the hands of the owner the only concern is with people who loiter. Felt a little uneasy as we stayed as a couple. If you are going as a couple it is better to avoid a standard cosy room.

A heritage property located at a very beautiful location, rooms were kept neat and the hospitality is also commendable.

The property is very beautiful but not very well maintained. The location is okay. Our stay had breakfast included. On both days, we had just one option for breakfast. The taste was decent. I wish they could manage the property better. They need to provide basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner or soap. We could only get some of those after asking. You need to ask for everything. They don't provide it by default. Even with breakfast, in the middle of it, I had to go down to the reception and ask for a cup of tea/ coffee. Overall, my experience was average. The receptionist is a great person, very helpful.

Stay away from MMT. People are misguided to book stays that are not authentic through deceiving pics.

Best place to stay as Family, The property is very clean & safe. Location of the property is accessible to many tourist places.

The property looks very nice from the outside, and we were initially impressed. However, there were many boys constantly sitting and playing games right in front of the building, which made us uncomfortable and unable to use the balcony — even after paying extra for a balcony room. Additionally, the toilet was leaking, which was quite disappointing.

Very good stay. Near the centre of alleppey. But far from kuttanad. Also provides scooters for rent. Very neat and rooms have a special aesthetic.

XOLA Heritage is a great choice for travellers looking for a star hotel in Alleppey. This property was originally the residence of Wagjee Jairaj , the famous spice trader of Alappey. The property has the rustic charm of a historic palace , while also having all the modern amenities . Property sits on the bank of famous canals for which alappey is famous for .Just opposite is the community swimming pool which is well maintained.Swiggy Zomato is available which i enjoyed. Property can also give you scooty upon request and of course on extra cost per day basis . Great fun property to be in .

The hotel was amazing, the hotel was spotless, love the surroundings and interior of the hotel. The owner was very helpful and kind.
