Overall stay is ok, Power cut and Hot water issue, Polite and responded well

Hotel is very near to Allepey beach and Alaphuza Railway Station. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

We had a nice and comfortable stay here. It is definitely recommended for families, as the place felt safe and welcoming. The location is quite convenient with shops nearby for any essentials, and the beach is just about half a kilometre away, which made it easy to walk there. One thing to note is that the property does not provide food, even though the file mentioned breakfast was included. That was a little disappointing, but apart from this, the stay itself was really worthy. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and overall it offered good value for money.

Room was untidy Lighting very poor

Bed and bedsheets were very dirty. Toilet was so so . All mirrors of room was very dirty. The most wrost thing was the location of this hotel.

Rude staff behaviour, insecure feeling inside the room, 😭 locks and toiletries not working properly, rooms interiors and furnitures were fully damaged that I had a terrible stay.

Faulty toilet, bad bed sheets, very poor quality room.We stayed in room no. 2 with family which is smelling very bad throughout night and my family suffered a lot.

We loved it here! from the moment we stepped in we felt at home. Breakfast was great, especially the omelet made to order. I don't have images. ?

Room was neat and clean but lights in room was not as much sufficient as required. No electric plug near to dressing table.

Staff are cooperative and helped a lot in onboarding and staying. This hotel is close to railway station, 15 mins walk and local bus stop is opposite to hotel. 5min walk to beach. There are no food hotels nearby, should go 2 kms to get good veg and non veg food.

There was no restaurant. Cleanliness was ok we booked for three people but only 2 towels were given. Service to be improved

Room and bedsheets were not clean and room service boy asked me to place extra bed myself. Hotel property don't have any kitchen.

It was neat and clean but bathroom needs maintenance. They do not have proper showers and all they have is a hand shower, which is also useless as it is not properly working. When I asked the staff, I thought I was the only one to complain but surprisingly, the staffs said that all room showers are like that only. I mean, if they know the problem, they are ignoring the solution.

There were no doormats inside the room. Especially outside of the bathroom. Due to that the floor was too wet and i got cold.
