Very poor service, Arrogance and rude staffs... they don't know how to treat guest properly. Restaurant manager is a big rude guy. no patience to deal and handle with guest

Air conditioner was not working properly. The telephone in the room was not working but on my request telephone unit replaced. Plates after my dinner not cleared until my checkout

the wifi was not good and the food was quite bad

Good stay in a prime location. Overall experience was positive, but there’s room for improvement. Since the place has cold weather, it’s essential to have hot water available at all times. Unfortunately, around 80% of the time, the geyser/hot water was not functioning

Room and Bathroom not maintained well ; Damages are everywhere not properly treated on building age

Staff behaviour is very bad they asking veven water bottle payment also in mid night

Very Neat clean spacious and grand hotel. Rooms equipped with all ammenities including a hair dryer, kettle as well. Very cooperative staff.

The hotel was very awsome and good services..and the staffs are very friendly The restaurant food is very tasty..

I have booked this hotel for my friend, the had a good stay,good hospitality and breakfast was nice

The food served for breakfast was below par quality. Also, the linens had dirt in it. They didn't even provide enough drinking water too. Felt that the managers in the cafeteria were rude, they were insulting other guests loudly in their absence. I won't book another room here if i am traveling to alleppey.

Good stay at hotel. Especially suite room is excellent. Location is good too. Deluxe rooms were decent but clean and good.

Good location, nearby beach. Clean and well maintained. But the room service was poor. Need to focus more on guest service.

The rooms were spacious which is a deluxe one. Not maintained well. Beds are comfy cleanliness is below par for its standards. Felt like they were providing worst rooms for online booking travelers. Breakfast spread was okay.

Room was not up to the expectation. Not slept due to Air conditioners sound. BAR staffs are very rude.

This is basically a bar and is not suggested for families. The entire hotel was smelling liquor and cigarettes.

Room was good. But the service was very poor. There was not enough food in the buffet. And the dinner and lunch menu was not upto satisfaction.

Good experience. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Room was clean and had all the basic amenities. Washroom was also well maintained and clean.
