Yeah It was a pleasant stay with the best food and welcoming staff.

Room and washrooms were neat.. Good experience

Food was avergae. Staffs were a little bit rude. Complementary water activities was not as per expectation. Room was neat and clean.

Service was very bad. AC was not working, Wi-Fi was not working. No mirror in the room. Poor lighting’s in the bathroom. The quality of the good was extremely poor. They were short of every food item. No enough cutlery. Unbothered staff. I would not recommend this to anyone at all

The overall experience was far below expectations. The food they provided was not good at all… totally bland, no taste, nothing special like Kerala cuisine also. For the price they charge, you expect at least decent quality food, but it was very poor. There was not even proper warm water available in the bathroom. Basic facilities were not maintained. For a tourist destination like Alleppey, this is the least they should provide. They also mentioned fish catching activity… but that too was just for name sake. It was not interesting, no proper equipment, nothing engaging. Felt like a total waste of time. Overall, I would NOT recommend this houseboat experience to anyone. Not worth the money, not worth the hype. Very disappointed.

Unhygienic and serving food is average quality...worst experience with india vacationz houseboat

It's pathetic.. they say amenities has tv.. ac.. games..n basic stuff like towels.. soaps. when you check in, they say tv and ac are only for night 9 to 6, how pathetic. we checked in as 3 ppl, they gave only 1 towel. when asked back they said use this only. then no soap in washroom absolutely bad experience. It was damn hot and there was just 1 small table fan definitely not sufficient for 3 people, and when asked for AC, they said extra charge for 1000 rs. Food finished during the lunch and they blatantly said no food is available. it was a buffet lunch..so think about the facilities. Never book with them, I am saying honestly.

I have to w8 1 hrs in car ,after that someone from boat house come to collect the luggage...no. connectivity of room from reception....only 2 option in breakfast...need to improve the service

I found stay through make my trip. Everything is not as expected. In my view avoid to go at alleppy or take other landside resort or hotel rather than houseboat.

Worst experience ever. The food was never on time, the balcony photos shown in the advertising were not there. Furthermore, smell was coming from the kitchen and they did not care or think about closing the door. There was no positive experience except the view that came out of this boat trip.
