Review Of Bateen Beach Stay

Firstly I will talk about the only positive about this property and that is its proximity to the beach. Then comes the list of negatives, firstly no security. The room doesn’t even have a proper door. Secondly the parking is a huge issue where you are asked to park at a distance away from the property. Thirdly the water faucets deliver water at the slowest pace that even filling a bucket takes a minimum of 15 mins. Fourthly the water geyser is a small kitchen one with only 5liter capacity. The water suddenly gets cold midway your shower. One can stay here only if one is left with no other option

Perfect stay for 1-2 nights. Rooms are clean, there’s a a porch for you to sit at. Basic amenities are taken care of! beach is at walking distance and swiggy delivers at any time! good stay, overall!

bateen beach stay is the perfect place for a peaceful and refreshing getaway in alappuzha. the property next to beach and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. the hospitality was exceptional—the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. the ambiance is calm, making it a great spot for relaxation. if you're looking for a quiet beach stay away from the crowds, this is the place to be. highly recommended for a rejuvenating vacation!

The property is neat and clean, location is very close to the beach. But the property is just having 2 rooms and no provision for any fooding. There is not much resturants around it, so its bit difficult if you want to stay more than a night. We had to order from dominos through zomato, which delivered very promptly.

Homestay is good. We are 2 couples stayed in this property. The owner / caretaker is very friendly and helpful! it’s pretty nearby to beach which is good advantage. Few minor points to improve but overall it’s good. Here are few images

The stay looks very aesthetic from outside and even prettier from the inside. The bathroom is neat and really big. The room is small and fit for 2 to 3 people. The porch is small and overlooks really pretty scenery( you might see the beach if u try. It is a simple room with good vibes

Stay is superb rooms and toilet is very clean owner was very helpful and polite

It was great experience staying here. Room was neat and clean. It comes with huge bathroom almost half the size of room. Separate area for beach sand washing. It is a newly built property and very near to beach less than 100 meters. Shared parking space opposite side of the property. The rooms are thoughtfully built to be modern look. Night time roadside could have lit up more but it is manageable.

The stay was good. The location is just 200-300 meters away from the alappuzha beach and 2 kms away from the railway station. Overall it was a nice place to stay in.

No parking at the property if you don’t have a taxi, you would have to find a parking spot nearby or far. The host is great btw.

The place was quite neat and tidy and was also very close to the varkala beach. Sreyash was great with his hospitality, and provided us details on various places/cafes/rentals which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to all those who are looking to stay at a budgeted place near a beach with easy access to all the amenities.

We have stayed there during mid august 2024. Stay was nice and beautiful location. Basic amenities such as tea/coffee arrangement at the stay will enhance comfortability of the stay. Overall good experience.

Really good location, just 150m from the beach and 250m from famous cafe cataraman. The place was cozy and comfortable and the hygiene was maintained by the owner.

This property is relatively new and is very clean. Beach is roughly 25 steps from the stay. The rooms have ac and there’s a separate washing area to wash off sand from the beach. Firdoz was very helpful in suggesting places and helping us out with everything.
