The location of the stay is prestine and gives a perfect natural environment for nature lovers. The food and service by host are good. Host is friendly and helpful. For a peaceful getaway, it is must recommended.

You can't imagine what warm welcome you will have once you get into the serene homestay after crossing the beautiful backwater with traditional Kerala boat. You will see hundreds of houseboats passing by seating at the veranda. The sunset scene is an added experience. The morning begins with chirping of birds and soft sound of ripples in the river. The food is just homely and would be exactly the one you want. The owner Mr Vishal is a very friendly person. I recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for a peaceful holiday and not a luxurious stay.

There is almost non functioning access road to facility. They expect you on the apposite ide of canal and transfer you in a small boat moved by a single stick. It was horrible when we check in at night. Add nin cooperative care taker.

Food was very good cooked in coconut oil. Nice place to stay and relax. You can reach to the main road by boat and also 1km walkable distance to the other side. But for safety prefer boat during night time.

Great room, clean and comfortable. Lovely lcoation on the river. Had a really nice boat trip down the river and good meals.

The experience was very tranquil, majorly because of the homely vibes of the property and very helpful staff. The owner was also very friendly making the stay comfortable. The location being alongside the water canal added up to our lovely experience here.

The most interesting part about this stay is we get to travel in a boat to cross the river. Sun rise paddy field lake view fresh air the serenity the list goes on. Overall it was amazing so as the host.

No proper food facilities no restaurants nearby also transport facility only boat no pathway for fourwheeler. Many mosquitoes insects. Not even dustbin provided in room. Washroom door locks not working. No amenities provided. Host not so friendly & welcoming. Rooms very small no tv cupboard provided in room. According to room price not worth it. Instead try nettles tree farm stay it is in mararikulam worth it in half price

The experience you'll have here will bring you back to the simplest joys of life. Right from the very first view of the property that you get from afar, you'll be assured that you'll have a good time here. The entrance on the traiditonal wooden canoe called vellam does become a major highlight, to reach the space that vineet and deepa's has created with so much love and passion. The place surely does feel like home, especially because of the presence and energy of ayana's youngest team member, chikki and her brightest and biggest smile. The conversations with people in the front porch or the dining table did become one of my most favorite parts here. Especially the memory of celebrating valentine's evening with everyone was a major highlight. The food was really good! thanks to deepa and her team. The cleanliness was something that i'd give a 4/5 points. As i understand it can be quite difficult to keep everything upto the mark of perfection. The quite nights and constant breeze on ones hair, the pleasant mornings with sun on your face, the beautiful refresing swim in the lake out front, everything helped me find what i looking for which was some moments of retreat and rest. So be sure and enjoy your time whenever you can at this lovely space. I hope you find what you're looking for at ayana's too.

boat service is not available when we needed, overall its okay, but there are many other choices where we are treated like their family, so better look for other homestays

We travel by boat for around 200 mtrs to reach home stay. The rooms were neat and tidy. The food served was homely.

Good family. We loved it. Nice food and accommodation. Fishing sights seeing and boat rides were great. Beautiful location and vell behavior from family. The little girl was very friendly and she was very nice to us.

The property is located in a very peaceful location. The best part of the stay was the superb hospitality that we received from the host. They also lived in the same compound and went out of the box to help us. The rooms and the cleanliness were well maintained. They provided very delicious homemade food.

The property location was beautiful and its a good place for group of friends. The property provides all the basic facilities. Staffs were good in behavior. The food was excellent and the price was fair enough. The only drawback was there was no parking space available. Value for money stay.

It was my family trip. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were good. The only problem that I faced was that the parking facility was unavailable at the property. Otherwise, it was a good budget stay. The rooms were well maintained. Total value for money stays in all terms whether it is of security or facilities. It must be recommended to others.
