We stayed here during our Kerala holiday and had a wonderful, peaceful experience after our Shikara boat ride in Alleppey. The property feels more like a cozy villa than a hotel — simple, well-maintained rooms, ideal for anyone looking for calm and comfort rather than luxury. What truly stood out was the homemade breakfast — limited options but freshly cooked with care. The host personally called to ask our food preferences, and since we preferred pure vegetarian, she thoughtfully prepared it separately. That kind of warmth and attention makes all the difference. There’s also a nice terrace with a refreshing sea breeze and a partial sea view from the rooms. Overall, a great stay for those who value simplicity, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality over frills.

We travelled to Alleppey to this property by opting beach nearby location.We were family of 4 members,2 adult and 2 kids,stayed in room named Rukma at 2nd Floor. Property has no restaurant service, only Breakfast is provided,lunch & dinner has to be ordered . Floor mats made of Coir at Stairs are slippery,be watchful,it should be replaced with rubber door mats,non slippery.I slipped from Stairs of Swimming pool floor due to wet stairs ,be watchful.No car parking available if you come by Car.Room was little bit small.Its positive point is that it's near to beach.Reception Gentle man is only comfortable in local language,not in English or Hindi, although we and he tried to explain things by Hand gestures and combination of little english and local language.Washroom was clean and proper water drainage was there.
