Review Of Hotel All Season

They have mentioned a free boat ride while booking through their booking site, but they said the offer is over when the check in, the facilities was not up to the expected level while the rate was very high

The room was good and neatly maintained. The staff was also helpful in all respects. The view from the hotel is also good. The only negative is that the windows open to the verandah.

This property is well located facing Ashtamudi lake with very good view from the room. Excellent service provided by staffs especially Mr. Robinson, guest relations manager, who guided us well and took care of our special requests. Overall experience was excellent.

All season hotel is one of the best hotel in the kollam. The room service are the best, taste of food is so delicious with enthusiasm environment. The infinity swimming pool in front of lake veiw is so relaxing. I just loved it to stay in beautiful lake veiw hotel

The rooms was nice and clean. The staff behaviour was polite. Good food. Nice sceniary near by. Breakfast buffet was good. Good place to chill. They have Bar as well good variety of snacks .

Took the location in connection with a family function. The location of the property is very much accessible. The room was very spacious and comfy. The cuisines available with the in-house restaurant were also excellent and budget friendly. We have room with view to back waters which was also so beautiful. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. Would highly recommend all seasons for a budget friendly and wonderful stay.

I had 2-days stay there recently in b4. Very nice, innocent staff offering the best of their services. Good food as well. Nice ambience, by the backwaters. However, the in-room amenities need improvement. Many facilities mentioned on promo brochures are not available. However, it's worth staying, overall.

Property is in a good place on the bank of lake. It was poorly lit on the corridor and lobby. Entry to the property was dark due to bamboo trees and name is not visible. Food was not good, but service was very good.

I had a plea-sent 3 days stay with my family in all seasons hotel. The view is awesome from the standard rooms and was a very nice experience. Food was also nice though it's the same menu. The staff behaviour was courteous and was pleasent. However the thing to improve is on the cleaning and room service.

Hotel is not professional as stated in the booking. It does not even deserve a 2 star rating. Food is not standard. Boat riding was booked, but delayed by 1 hour, then trip time was cut short by half an hour.
