The room was average, full of mosquitoes. Not value for money .

Room was big, but very basic. Price is high compared to the amenities provided. Railway station easy access is the advantage.

room is well. but bathroom not cleaned. i was saw cockroaches. hotel food is tasty. Hotel location is perfect.

Not having power backup No proper ac Rooms were not clean

Old property but being well maintained. Opposite to Rly Stn. Little over priced but there are no complimentaries.

It was an average experience. Services were provided on request basis only for such things that were to be provided without asking.

Cobweb filled bathroom gave only 1 toothbrush inspite of booking for 2 persons just one bottle of water. Requested for 1 hour late check out, which was refused.

It’s just a lodge with ac, charging premium rent. No breakfast, no tea or facilities for tea, no hygiene, when i checked in room, the toilet closet was not cleaned and it was as worst as a public toilet

stay was terrible. the desk staff was not aware of my booking. he argued that there is no room for you. i insisted to recheck the mail. atlast they give a room, which was not cheaper looking and not have near resembles with that in your site. room was dusty and a bad odour was disturbing us. bed was put it in such a way that cusion is in the lower side. we have reverse bed before our sleep. this was a one of kind experience 😃 and "thank you" for that. they didn't clean that bathroom for weeks i guess. curtains had a black rashes. they even gave us a restaurant bill which we didn't even visited. overall terrible stay, terrible customer service.

Help desk staff knew nothing about online booking and he is unprofessional. Room was not clean. There was a bad and disturbing odour. Bed was put on the coat in opposite way. Cusion was on the down side, and we have to un tuck bedsheet and reverse the bed. Toilet was not clean. We could see the black rashes in the curtain. We was also given a bill from the restaurant which we didn't even make a sight.

It was good and decent and had a decent view. Room was neat.

I was traveling to kollam to run a half marathon race. The hotel was very close to the venue and hence it was very convenient. They have a restaurant. So finding dinner was also not a problem. This is also right in front of the railway station. So it is absolutely very convenient for people coming by train. I had booked a suite at a reasonable price. So the room was spacious. But anyway i needed the room for just one night sleep. The bed was comfortable. So i had a good 5-6 hour sleep, enough to keep me fresh for the race in the morning. The only issue i faced was in the bathroom. The taps are very slow. The toilet seat was broken. In the morning, when i was getting ready for my race, i wanted to take a bath before the race. But suddenly only hot water started coming from both the taps i. E. Cold tap as well as hot tap. I don't know what was the issue and i did not have enough time to complain and get it fixed. So i left for the race without bathing. Once i returned back, the taps were working normally and i was able to take a bath. Another shortcoming because of directly facing the road is that one gets too much light inside the room. If they can arrange some better curtains or blinds, that would make it better.

Good stay near to the railway station, staffs were well mannered. Rooms were cleaned and neat. Only negative is bathroom washbasin was leaking

You charged us more than the actual cost of ac double room , you charged us more Terribly disapoined.

Room was good. But bathroom very poor. Couldn't lock bathroom door. And no hot water. Bathroom taps not working properly. Room locking system also bad. No security

Location is good. Very poor service. If you wants to get a tea in the morning you have to wait till 7. 30.

Customer service is not good. We book two occupancy room they didn't give extra towel, soap, bed sheet& wifi not available

Their checking time isn't working for me, business trip always needs early check in, my entire morning time out
