very good stay. room and bathroom was clean and spacious. view from room was very mesmerizing. pool was clean but there was some finishing issue in the pools water outlet very dangerous. otherwise it was a good stay

There were no proper amenities in the room such as no soap,no slipper. TV channels not working. The shower area water not getting drained .Very Very bad experience for the money I pad . Worst bad service

Location is good, Spa and Gym was not operational. Restaurant staff was unprofessional and least interested in serving food, cheff denied to provide appam and said what ever we have only can be provided, then how this is 5 star hotel property ? dissapointed with front desk, no one helped for luggage to the room.
