Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable - courtesy the cordial and caring attitude of. The gm and his team. Each and every dept - right from security to the front office, housekeeping restaurant staff, ensured that we senior citizens were taken care of well. S pl mention, adheena, jomy, ananthasai, gokul, soney, raghu, arun, keerthana and team. Crowning glory- the taxi we had booked to drop us at the railway station didn't turn up, the gm mr sajeev krishnan arranged our drop in his car thru mr reghu. The Nani Hotel being centrally placed, well connected, good food and amenities is an added advantage.

It was great. All staff from the security, reception desk (all members), the restaurant (servers, chef etc), the cleaning staff of the rooms (all members) were really making our stay memorable. We often stay in Nani as it is connected to all placed and well located It was great. The property is situated at a prime location. They were very supportive in approach. The room was clean and tidy. We stayed at Room 205(Narmada). One thing I loved is, they have a name for every room. Our stay was very peaceful. The food too was very good. The rooms are cleaned everyday with refills of all the complimentary things. Every staff at that Nani Hotel were very supportive.

Very comfortable stay, nice ambience with efficient, cordial manager & staff. Spl mention Mr Sanjeev Manager., Adheena - Reception, Gokul- Restaurant, Keerthana- housekeeping and all their support staff. Sincere appreciation right from security till the top most officials.

Hotel is located in between railway station and ksrtc bus station & boat jetty. Good for family tourist, unlimited complimentary breakfast available with juice and tea or coffe. 24 hours hot water available.

The access to the Nani Hotel was very easy as the railway station and ksrtc bus stand are nearby. The cleanness and the comfort of stay was excellent

My stay was only for few hours, but still I felt very comfortable. The complimentary buffet breakfast was also very delicious. Staff was very pleasing.

Room not spacious. No room boys are available to show the rooms and to assist transfer of luggage to room. At prime location break fast good
