I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities. I especially loved the view from the balcony – breathtaking! The food at the restaurant was delicious, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The resort also had great facilities – a clean swimming pool, indoor games, and well-kept garden areas. The spa service was a highlight – very professional and relaxing. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to unwind in a scenic and well-managed property. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Waterfront by Palmyra is a small and well maintained property near a Lake.The caretaker and the team looked into everything that could be done to make our stay comfortable.The room was neat but due to the continuous rains during our stay the toilet had some draining difficulties and there was no T.V.They offered another room for us and that was fine.Auto was arranged whenever needed.Overall we had a pleasant stay.The location was nice.Staying there without our own vehicle maybe little difficult if there are kids and elderly people as food has to brought from outside.

Service was very warm and prompt, assisted with local commute. The room was good but the cleanliness and upkeep requires more attention- There were holes in the toilet through which insects came inside room , Bathroom lock and the room bolts need to be repaired - Mirror to be placed in the room -

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. My friends and I had a wedding to attend and chose this stay because of its ambience and a nice view of the lake. The staff were very friendly and made us all comfortable. I’ll recommend this stay to anyone looking to spend a few days in Kollam

good location and great waterfront experience. Only thing if you travel alone..you may not get an exclusive space but will have to share a villa with general common spaces with any other group/ family. Yes.. an exclusive room is there...but slightly awkward for introverts :)

Amazing experience. Hospitality was so nice. It's worth staying after stressful work. Ambience is soothing. The swing, and small hut like stuff was so calming. We really liked the lighting and stuffs. We've already planned our next stay here with friends!

Location was nice. But need to improve on infrastructure. TV was not available in rooms. Pool not available. Even food we don't have much options. But the staffs were very friendly and the property was neatly managed.

location and vibe is good. only drawback that there is no inhouse kitchen to provide lunch and dinner. I booked room with breakfast but they charged for breakfast separately. washroom had broken commode seat . rest everything is very good.

Amazing place to stay - comfortable, safe, with great views of the lake. Clean room and some of the most friendly staff I've met. Also, the food was good! Highly recommend!
