good property good staff faced problem with room key restaurant is expensive.

Booked the hotel for 2 days. Sufficient toiletries were not provided and you have to request for it. water bottles and room service has to be requested everytime. Staff is polite and courteous

We had booked two rooms, but unfortunately, both rooms did not have Wi-Fi. In addition, the water kettle heater in one room was not functioning, and the bathroom closet had not been cleaned properly and emitted an unpleasant odor. water bath tub taps in one room was broken Furthermore, the entire floor was under maintenance, which adversely affected all the rooms on that floor.

Property is located closer to Sri Padmanabha Swamy temple. It is recently renovated. Highly trained staff , well maintained property and good rooms

Overall, it was a good experience. The only issues were the humidity and a slightly old smell due to lack of proper ventilation. The shower is also quite old, and the water pressure was very slow

It was a nice stay. Felt luxurious. AC was an old system. That can be improved as it cannot be increased or decreased. No fan in room also. But I really enjoyed the stay. Cool calm peaceful place. Car parking facility was there. Staffs were good to me. But never expect all that mentioned in room details, like Slippers, Bathrobs, rest all were provided. It is actually an old building but feels legendary.
