worst experience don't choose this property. cleanliness entire room, bathroom also. no drinking water,no soup, no towel,blanket, etc

Location is near to Trivendrum Central Railway Station. Room and Bathroom are not clean and require maintance on urgent basis. No any Water Heater in Bathroom. Light Swich is not work properly. However, the Receptionist is very kind, polite and helpful person.

Bed and pillows minus level, lack of blanket (even a sheet.

The location, staff & toilet of the hotel was not bad. But the bed & pillow was not clean & room was damp with defective latch.

The room was good. But water logging was there in ground floor rooms coz of a small rain of 1 hr. The room boy service was good. They shifted us to a new room. I think owners should take this into account

It was an worst experience in staying that room i booked deluxe ac room and they given us normal room and i requested for early chechin but they charged me extra 200 and no power backup worst maintenance and no water bottles for guests and worst behaviour from hotel management and the ac was not working too

on arrival they have informed me to make assurance from the respected police station, 😡 because of same district person... bad experience... and also one drunken person directly came to reception and making noise..
