Dear Guest, Greetings from Thamburu hotel ! Thanks for your review. We would like to address the concern regarding the additional charges for extra guests during your stay. You had booked 2 rooms with single occupancy (2 guests, but the rooms were occupied by 4 guests. At the time of check-in, we informed you that an extra person charge would apply for each room. However, when you checked out, the additional charges were not paid. Afterward, we attempted to contact you for the payment, but we did not receive any response. Please note that the discrepancy in charges was due to the incorrect information provided at the time of booking, where the occupancy was stated as single, but the actual occupancy was double. During your stay, you also raised a concern about being charged for the extra persons, arguing that the rooms were double rooms. Thank you
