smelly room,no cleaness.firt told no booking , again checking and given a room without cleaning

Facilities are very poor compare to what they written in the description. Not worth for the price not recommended this place

I was not happy with stay and i vacated and booked another room not cleaned the room ac also was not working tv also

Only location was good, the bed sheets n pillow cover they provided was in poor conditions, when we ask them for new one or cleaned bed sheets n pillow covers staff said that our laundry will come back after some times after that they can change, so it was not satisfactory. Only front office staff was helpful for our enquiries.

I found this property in the Makemytrip app. The Hotel is located at Thampanoor, walkable distance from KSRTC bus station and Trivandrum Central Railway station. The hotel provides decent stay at Trivandrum at a standard rate I found this property in the Makemytrip app.

They are not given proper room for via make my trip booking customers. Heater and room facility are bad.

The receptionist was not cooperative. They didn't even provided blankets. There wasn't complementary water bottle available. Also we opted for 3 rooms in which 2 were for 2 adults and one was for 3 adults but they provided all 2 adult rooms and refused to give extra matrice also

Very good , neat n clean , prime location, parking available, only one thing disappointed me tv not available in rooms

All the room and arrangements was very good however due to high mosquito i couldn't able to sleep at all.My baby got too much mosquito bites.

It was a pleasure to be in this hotel.The staffs were very cordial decent and polite.They lived up to our expectations.

This hotel disappointed me. It has very small rooms. When I asked for extra bed as we were four people, they charged me for the same.
