Horrible stay at Thamburu hote
Horrible experience, the staffs attitude was very poor during check-in and check-out. The security was demanding money for loading luggage during checkout time. Food was okay, but options were very limited. Parking space was very less and you can't imagine parking a 7 seater car here. The only good thing about this hotel is it is located in a prime location (near to Aristo junction, Thampanoor). This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but the ambience and services were like a 2-star hotel.

You had booked 2 rooms with single occupancy (2 guests, but the rooms were occupied by 4 guests. At the time of check-in, we informed you that an extra person charge would apply for each room. However, when you checked out, the additional charges were not paid. Afterward, we attempted to contact you for the payment, but we did not receive any response. Please note that the discrepancy in charges was due to the incorrect information provided at the time of booking, where the occupancy was stated as single, but the actual occupancy was double. During your stay, you also raised a concern about being charged for the extra persons, arguing that the rooms were double rooms. Thank you

Floor was not clean at the time of check in. Dust in the floor. It was cleaned only when we asked them to do. Breakfast was not good. Full of dust in the fan, towel provided was torn too

coupleRoom was clean. Went to the restaurant in evening for a cup of tea and found it was just a bar. No hot water for bathing. Had to use the kettle to heat some water. Ambience could be better.

Very good hotel with the proce they are offering. Excellent location. Plenty of options near by for food. Zoo and temple is within2 km. Services are excellent.

It was neither a very good experience that the AC rooms were full of smoke smell. The bathroom trap are choked they not maintaining things in good way. But staff were supported and cooperate nice .facilities are not worth as per they charged. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is very good, it's very close to the railway station and the bus terminal. Neat room. Very friendly reception. And house keeping staffs are good. The parking area is very poor and the security staff behaviour is arrogant.

familyHotel is good. But their hot water system is not stable. I stayed 3 nights. And had 3 times hot water not coming in taps. Good decent aproach from staff and recptionist. But they have to fix their facilities. They just say solar heater not working. They gave hot water via bucket. But when u pay u need facilities appropriately
