Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The property is well-located with ample parking. Rooms and toilets were spacious, neat, and tidy. The restaurant was clean, and the Chinese dishes we had for dinner were delicious. The staff were polite and very supportive. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Right in the middle of the city, great food, even better staff. Beautiful room. Cleaned regularly. Most importantly, really nice bathroom. Convenient parking.

Good room and neat..............but service and breakfast need to be improved

Almost everything good,but room rent is much higher while compare to the facilities.

The hospitality was excellent, everyone was polite and well-behaved. The room was good, except that there was no fan, one centrally controlled AC, and no access to natural air, which if you are okay with then it's cool. The breakfast food was okay. The ambience was safe and good. It's a plausible distance from many good places in Trivandrum. Overall, it was a good experience.

Had a great time with good food and good ambience. But the only suggestion is please add sound proof Even open and closing of the next room door disturbs other guests

EB fluctuation was there in both rooms and that too very frequently. Morning breakfast was not properly served. Since idly and poori are fried and dried. Not able to provide the food to kids. No options available apart from egg for kids. No proper parking area. No proper room service

It was a very comfortable stay with good rooms and bathroom .. Jain food was also available on request.

Excellent stay.but dinner was below average.

The hotel has a great location—just a short walk from the Trivandrum railway station and bus stand, which is very convenient. Breakfast was tasty and had a decent spread. However, the initial room we were given had no working AC or hot water. We had to call several times before getting a room switch. Housekeeping could be improved—a half-used toilet paper roll was kept in the bathroom initially, and when we asked for a replacement, we were handed a very dirty-looking one that was unusable. The bath towels also looked quite old and worn out. If the management pays more attention to room maintenance and cleanliness, this could be a much better stay.

The property is well maintained. no issues with water or electricity. the food was delicious and fresh and top of that it was affordable. the rooms were spacious with centralized AC and room service was prompt. the rooms were very clean and properly maintained. washroom had no single dirt stain. the only issue was the network of the WiFi. loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Location as well as food was good. Staff was helpfull and very co-operative. Room was neat and clean . All electric appliances were in working condition and well maintained. Over all it was a nice experience..Thank you MMT

Good quality rooms. Courteous staff. Good quality food. Food reasonably priced. Very near to Railway station and Secretariat at Thampanoor. Roof top facility for parties. Well maintained. Spacious rooms. Good air conditioning and hot water supply. Good housekeeping. Overall well managed.

Good ambience and nice food, only thing needed to improve is their corridors are not maintained properly
