room was good service was poor called thier bar and we can hear some staff telling it is a room guest and somebody came and cut the phone.

some common sense is required when they install motion sensor in washroom etc ...When u use the potty the sensor will not detect u and lights are switched off on the wash room when u r using it ...Same case when u take bath the sensor will not detect and lights in washroom are switched off....Also when u ask for Iron table , the cloth on the iron table looks like a garbage

Its a good stay. But only one problem is maintanence work is going on and swimming pool also closed. That create my kids unhappy about this stay.

We got deluxe room, instead od executive suite room, kindly refund cash

Rooms were small and old, no daily cleaning and clear the trash and food plates, no separate dust bins in bathrooms, only good thing is the convenience to travel to office

The rooms were very clean and neat. Bothrooms were too good. We stayed in a suite roo which was very spacious. Worth the price.

The hotel was not as advertised, the food was just normal and the room was just ok and not soo as a 4 star hotel.

My experience didn’t meet the expectations of a 4-star property. The room had little to no soundproofing. Conversations, TV noise from adjacent rooms, and the loud banging of doors during room service deliveries echoed through the halls, which was quite disruptive, especially in the evenings. From a service perspective, there were several shortcomings. I booked an executive double room, but the amenities provided seemed intended for just one person—only one coffee cup, one glass, a single toothbrush, and barely any toilet paper left in the roll. Additionally, the hotel advertises an ironing board as available upon request, but when I asked, I was told they don’t have one. Despite activating the room service request button, there was no response, and tea bags, mineral water, and toiletries were not replenished during my stay. For the price and rating, I expected better attention to detail and service standards.

Great location right on the highway, with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was tasty and delicious.

Hello, the stay was good as this is not the first time i have been there, but felt sad in one part as in make my trip it was showing the pool is available but it wasn't, last year too the same happened as it was under renovation. So a suggestion please remove those facility if it's not available.

Overall experience was average. Breakfast was good. No dental kit provided. Pool and gym non functional. Staff not cordial. Our electronic door lock was having issues and beeping occasionally causing disturbance for next door occupants. During checkout one of the staff swiftly came for room inspection which was the first time experience. The attitude of the staffer was we have caused damages to their property. This was an embarrassment. But no one came to assist luggage pickup. The stay is worth for rs 2000, but never more that.

The stay has been wonderful and the staff were very hospitable

Poorly maintained rooms, no room boys, so you have to carry your luggage, horrible food( ordered chilly chicken, fried rice and caesar salad. I have never seen tomato and tomato sauce in caesar salad and it taste horrible. Rooms smelled bad and looked like some lodge. Breakfast was good.

Pretty bad stay! it gives an outlook of only bar! did not have a menu for indoor dining. The complementary breakfast has just idli, dosa and spoiled chutneys. Not very professional front office staff. When you want a stay, you expect comfort and hospitality which was completely lacking.

The room was really tiny. The bed and table filled the room so barely enough place for one person to move. Cleanliness wise it was ok. Had issues with the ac. Bare minimum things provided, only soap and shampoo. Worst part is when checking out despite the booking being only for a day. They made us wait for a while to call someone and get the room checked. We were two people in the room, as mentioned in the booking but only one cup 1 glass, two each of teabags, sugar, creamer and all. It's like they dint even look at the booking and no preparation was done although booking was done a few days back

Hotel located just opposite to inf y & ust, attached lounge bar gravity, a good breakfast buffet spread. Also near to lulu. One thing i doesn't like was while checking out they asked me to pay 600- for a small drop of sambar stain in bedsheet. That was a totally shock for me, i stayed in lemon tree, holiday inn, ginger. They never asked me this. I was reluctant to pay that so they gave a relief. If something big i made then i am ready to pay, even they haven't given complimentary water bottle for second day, but when i took water bottle during morning buffet they charged 35- for 20rs bottle, these two things i felt really bad, otherwise it's a nice good hotel especially for family, looking forward for more stays in future for sure,

The room was very small. We were three adults and there was no space to put the extra bed and some areas of room became inaccessible when the extra bed was placed after the existing bed.

Bed experience i booked every my trip by make my trip but i decided couldn’t book my next trip by make my trip because i booked this hotel when did not show room eminitiy for this hotel

Nice location, well maintained property. They provide only 1 water bottle per day as complementary. Quick service as well, all over it was nice 😊.

Not a well maintained place. The name of this property has now changed but not updated in any portals, had to search for sometime to understand this is the one. This room is ok for a one night stay but considering the amount paid, it isn't worth it at all. Ac isn't working at all, remotes werent functioning too. The room didn't look very clean. Considering the room size and facilities, breakfast should have been covered in this price. Not worth the price!
