My experience didn’t meet the expectations of a 4-star property. The room had little to no soundproofing. Conversations, TV noise from adjacent rooms, and the loud banging of doors during room service deliveries echoed through the halls, which was quite disruptive, especially in the evenings. From a service perspective, there were several shortcomings. I booked an executive double room, but the amenities provided seemed intended for just one person—only one coffee cup, one glass, a single toothbrush, and barely any toilet paper left in the roll. Additionally, the hotel advertises an ironing board as available upon request, but when I asked, I was told they don’t have one. Despite activating the room service request button, there was no response, and tea bags, mineral water, and toiletries were not replenished during my stay. For the price and rating, I expected better attention to detail and service standards.
