Terrible Stay

The stay was pathetic. There was dust on the window sill and the frames. The bed and the pillows and the ccover was totally worn out. I had to purchases a new set of bedsheet and pillow covers for my one day stay. The bathroom was almost disgusting to enter and i had to ask them to clean the entire room twice but still it was really bad. This was my first time that i've stayed in a bad room. This is not something a customer must go through after paying a hefty amount for it.

My stay at Oyo Majestic Was horrible. The room given to me was not cleaned. There was ladies hair on the floor and on the bed. Sheets were not changed. I was asked to pay extra 752 rupees by cash as the caretaker there Nijin said the fares I paid were less. 200 rupees he charged me for early check in that's Ok but he took another 552 rupees as fare difference by way of cash . The AC was out of order. I asked him for an extra bedsheet so as to put it on the existing sheet as it was not clean and was not changed. He said that the sheets are clean and said could not give me a new sheet. I would never ever again use OYO. I have used OYO rooms several times in the past but never have faced this type of a situation.

They kept pending my check in till late hours and have charged me rs. 500 extra blaming the rates displayed by you is wrong. The check in was possible only after intervention from your customercare. The rooms were too dirty to live. Linen was too dirty. No soaps provided. Please unlist this property from mmt.

Clean and simple Stay

The room was not good, there was no facilities, the tv was not working in the room, no food facilities, was there in the room, preferable Stay for bachelors. There is no security in the property, only one caretaker in the property. The property was clean.
