My stay at The Heartland Business Hotel was disappointing, especially considering .' While the location is convenient, the basic amenities and maintenance were severely lacking.
Here are the issues I faced:
• Work Facilities: There was no chair available for work in the room, making it impossible to work comfortably.
• Basic Hygiene: There were no drinking glasses provided, and I had to specifically order water, which is unacceptable.
• Security/Maintenance: I experienced issues with the room door lock and had to contact the hotel staff twice to get it resolved.
• Food Services: The hotel does not have a restaurant or any facility to arrange food, which is a major inconvenience for any traveler, let alone a business guest.
Overall, the experience was barely average. These fundamental issues need immediate attention before the property can truly qualify as a 'Business Hotel.'
