Cleaning issue at hotel

Rrp residency, karamana, trivandrum is located at a very convenient place. Very close to shopping centres, temples and hotels the staff are very good and nicely behaved. The vegetarian hotel nearby, served good quality items and the room service is excellent. The rrp residency rooms are okay to stay for a very brief stay. Maintenance of the rooms are just average or just above average. I had a very comfortable experience staying there for one night. Thank you, mmt !

The room was booked for 3 adults but was provided only a double bed room where 3 adults couldn't even adjust

It was a no fuss, no frill experience. The room is decent and clean. There's hot water in the shower 24*7. Veg restaurant on the ground floor. Parking in basement. Be advised : no lift, no disabled access.

Room was not worth for money, i expect more but it was insufficient for me. I don't like this room very cheep,

I had a great experience at the restaurant! it was really clean and the staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to transportation. The only downside is that there's no elevator, so be prepared to take the stairs. But overall, everything else was really positive!

Excellent hospitality and nice experience

Bed sheet and pillows very dirty and very bad small in room, after sleeping hole body had itching.
