Review Of Brown Palace

The stay was very nice, the atmosphere was good, friendly staff, the hotel is very near to trivandrum railway station and to the bus terminal.

Rooms are unbearably tiny for the price. Barely fits 1 bed. There was no hot water available. which is too much for this tiny room

MMT allowed me to book one room for me wife and my two kids but stay 4 person in one room was difficult, this was informed me by the manager of Brown Palace and given another room of same kind which will help me a lot I would be grateful to him thankz for a Happy stay....

I booked a standard room and overall had a good experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a neat bathroom and a pleasant ambience. It came equipped with a smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube, which was a nice addition. Towels, soap, bedsheets, and a blanket were provided. Toothpaste and a toothbrush were available at the reception for an extra charge. The room was definitely value for money. However, the only downside was that the room was quite small — the bed occupied most of the space.No cupboards or space to keep luggage. Bathroom lights were working on sensors keep turning off and on randomly

The room was small but very neat and good bathroom . Staff was also cooperative and good service. There is no other stay in Trivandrum like this .

The stay was nice . The room was very small . I booked a standard room which has 100sq. Which has much space when seen in photos. But we got a small room which comes under elegant category

I've said it many times, come to the side of the room where I'm sleeping and listen to the full sound.
