I had a wonderful stay at BnB homes with good stay and the Staff was really helpful and prompt to respond

It was a pleasant stay the whole check in and out was smooth the only problem I faced was the linens used were not good

The family room (1 bhk) was very spacious with sofa, table and kitchen area. Reasonably well maintained. Toilets should be cleaner.

The hotel is located just behind Technopark Phase 1 and Karyavattom Engineering College. It has a decent car parking space. I booked a balcony room, which was very spacious and included plenty of cupboards and a small kitchen. There was also a drawing room with a sofa and a small table, making it convenient for doing any work. They provided towels and warm water, and soup was available as well. However, as mentioned by other guests, I also noticed that the washroom sometimes had an unpleasant smell — this was the main issue. In my room, there was no doorbell, so I had to knock every time, which gave a slightly bad impression. The hotel does offer breakfast in its restaurant, but the options are very limited. They usually inform you the night before what will be served, for example, idli or dosa, and you can choose from that. Other than these two issues — the washroom smell and the limited breakfast options — everything else was very good. It’s budget-friendly and a great choice for people looking for a place to stay while working, as it’s very close to Technopark Phase 1. For transportation, guests coming by bus, train, or flight will likely need to take a taxi because there didn’t seem to be any bus or auto rickshaw services nearby. Having your own vehicle makes transportation much easier. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who can manage these few issues.

Room was comfortable, wash room was comfortable, wash basin was not so clean and with black mark and stale at joints, no food arrangements

The property location was okay for me because I had a vehicle. The property itself is neat and comfortable, the rooms being big enough with a balcony, kitchen and bathroom. My overall stay with the bnb homes were just beyond words felt like home since everything was just well maintained with beautiful homely structured and the morning blissfulness from the balcony they are having just giving so pleasantness to the stay ! I would recommend everyone to stay there for there cozy vacations or work it’s so calm and soothing staying there !
