The hotel is located just behind Technopark Phase 1 and Karyavattom Engineering College. It has a decent car parking space. I booked a balcony room, which was very spacious and included plenty of cupboards and a small kitchen. There was also a drawing room with a sofa and a small table, making it convenient for doing any work. They provided towels and warm water, and soup was available as well.
However, as mentioned by other guests, I also noticed that the washroom sometimes had an unpleasant smell — this was the main issue. In my room, there was no doorbell, so I had to knock every time, which gave a slightly bad impression.
The hotel does offer breakfast in its restaurant, but the options are very limited. They usually inform you the night before what will be served, for example, idli or dosa, and you can choose from that.
Other than these two issues — the washroom smell and the limited breakfast options — everything else was very good. It’s budget-friendly and a great choice for people looking for a place to stay while working, as it’s very close to Technopark Phase 1.
For transportation, guests coming by bus, train, or flight will likely need to take a taxi because there didn’t seem to be any bus or auto rickshaw services nearby. Having your own vehicle makes transportation much easier.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who can manage these few issues.
