Hotel was good for family but food is uncooked
The hotel was nice for 1 night for family. Total 10 people stay there and 5 rooms we booked but the food is not good at all

Poor Stay
Dirty yellow water in the hot water faucet no change of towels as asked no replenishment of water no room cleaning for 4 days mosquitos in the room on checkin soap not replenished in the bathroom

Value for money. Highly recommended
Good location and very well accommodate hotel. Staff's are very supportive and well behaved. Complementary breakfast is also delicious. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Poor Stay
The stay was not as good as we expected and certain faults like poor functioning of ac ( survived only because of fan) and breakfast was not that good.

Good for Budget Solo Stay near Airport
Hotel is 5km from Airport and Shanguham beach. Lulu mall is at walking distance. Hotel is on Highway bypass from city. Autos available but ask minimum of Rs 200 for city. Good for solo travellers

familyAverage stay. Apt for the price we pay. But still few things can be better. The complimentary breakfast(image attached) given was pathetic. If u don’t have budget to do it properly please don’t provide. Don’t waste money.

Stay was comfortable but services can be improved, can be better
We stayed here for 3 nights. Our stay was comfortable. Staff's behaved well & were helpful but the room & hotel need to be upgraded a bit. Travellers should pack 2-3 hangers, carry light but reusable utensils like spoons, forks, paper plates, coffee mug & glass with them (as they are not present in the room & they dont provide it separately. Room is a bit small for 2 people. Breakfast is good, tasty but they arrange it from outside and they provide it in the room as they don't have a dining area. The breakfast options are also very less. Bathroom is good & spacious. Wifi works only at the lobby. The hotel is located at a good place with lulu mall, kochuveli station and a good number of eateries/ restaurants nearby. Room interiors (wooden ones) can be modernized.

Good Stay
Hotel stay was good except breakfast compliment. Location is excellent. Nearcto auroirt station and lulu mall. They have to improve upon room service during breakfastvtime. Overall the stay was good.

Stay in 3 double bed hotel
Room was pretty decent. Service staff is also polite. Just that they do a lot of cross selling regarding cabs tours etc.
